Anxiety refers to those situations when you are worried about something a lot and that is literally unbearable. You face headache, feel nervous, breathe rapidly, sweating, trembling, getting panic and so much more. The people who suffer from anxiety are called to have an anxiety disorder that's not gonna work I mean it's really harmful to your health.


But let me tell you, you don't need to stress. Why? It's because we all face this or these problems like getting nervous or worried or afraid and get upset from time to time. So, Hakuna Matata!!πŸ˜‰

But living life with these difficult situations is not gonna work. We have to find a way back to a normal and stress-free or trouble-free life.


In this post, I am gonna share with you all of the top tested strategies to remove anxiety blockages from our mind and ourselves.


So, without any ado, let's get going.


#1 Be positive 
During the anxiety disorder, we all dwell on the habit of thinking negative which keeps on growing day by day. This is high time for you to take the natural doses of positive affirmations which have treated so many people because they believe that their positive thinking clears all the negative blockages and will be a supporter in curing anxiety disorder. 
What we need to do is imagine. Ya, we need to imagine for which humans are best known. Start imagining the happy moments you spent till yet or something that gives you pleasure and make you feel delighted or ecstatic.

#2Take out time 
I know, we all are running out of time in these busy lifestyles but can't we take out time for ourselves??
Just relax or practice yoga, meditate for a few minutes, you can even listen to your favourite music, or give a massage to your eyes. face and yourself.

Now it happens that when we write out our problems or worries or troubles on a paper or a journal, we feel calmed OR when we speak to someone that can be our parents, family members, friends or our well-wishers........ we feel relaxed as if some burden has been exterminated. We just feel so relieved.
So, when things going wrong, speak to someone or write down.

#4 Practice breathing exercises.
Anxiety affects our breathing. It becomes rapid and shallow that we feel so uncomfortable or cramped. So here's a solution Deep breathing!! Deep breathing lowers our heart rate, blood pressure, helps us sleep better, improves posture, give a glow to the skin and ultimately heals your anxiety by giving so many benefits.
Can you believe so many merits by practising one thing and that's none other than DEEP BREATHING??


#5 Sleep!Sleep!Sleep!
Anxiety or nervousness is frequently connected with sleeping problems. As we know that night sleeping is a must however, excess worry, restlessness, tenseness or simply worries makes us stay asleep through the night. Sleep is a natural anxiety reliever. So, sleep early and be healthy.



At last, I want to conjecture that anxiety disorders are something that needs to be treated as early as you can. These all actions are cheap and free of cost.
So treat or calm down your anxiety by being positive, buying out time for yourself, writing or communicating,  deep breathing and sleeping at the time.
