Wanna be more productive at sressed weeks?

 There must be some incident in your student or professional lives that either you have so much work pending and getting piled up day by day or the work gets so tough that you actually wait for the week to end. Isn't that ??


And you are just wondering that how can you reach the top of the mountain of work. You don't know how to deal with such a kind of disastrous situation.😨😨


You are totally frustrated and exaggerated by seeing the number of deeds to be done.😰😰


It happens with everyone, with you, with me. Be it a student, an entrepreneur, a job employee and every one of us.


The first thing is to relax and cool down πŸ˜™πŸ˜™


So, here I am with a new blog post regarding tips and tricks to be followed when things got really tough.



Let's begin !!!!!


#Never deteriorate your health
Imagine that at the start-up of the week, you have loads of tough work piled up. And you just don't feel well. No, this is not gonna work not for you or for anyone else. Your health is your first priority. 
You need to ensure your health is in order and you are not risking it at any cost.
So, what can you do is
  • Sleep at time 😴😴
  • From time to time hydrate yourself with stuff like water the most indispensable one for proper mental functioning. So, take a sip of water.πŸ’§πŸ’§
  • Take care of the most important sense organ that's the eyes.πŸ‘€πŸ‘€ Staring at your computer screen can tire you, your eyes and ultimately your mind stops functioning. Get up from your seat and rejuvenate yourself by showing your eyes some wonderful colours of the environment, feeling nature, having a walk etc
So when the going gets tough, mind your health.

# Be positive
When you have a hard week, you start getting livid, irritated, frustrated and start losing your temper easily. Trust me that is not the right way. So you need to board the positive train.
Ya, positive train but what do this mean ??
It means you need to incorporate positivity in yourself. Your positive thoughts, attitude behaviour can literally change all of your stress into happiness.


# Learn to communicate
When the people are infuriated, they go into a shell. They don't wanna speak to anyone and just focus on doing their best. But the end result of all of this is stressing out.
So, when the going gets tough, learn to communicate.
Ensure that everyone cooperates, talk to everyone, discuss with them and this will give unanimous decisions.


#Take a break 
What you need to do is be creative with your breaks. This may sound weird and cumbersome when I or anyone else asks to have a break but believe me, taking breaks helps increase your thinking capability and refresh your mind power. You can have a nap for 10-15 mins just grab up something to eat or can go for a walk or meditate for some time.


# Declutter
Stay awesome.
You may ponder how can we stay awesome in troubling situations. But you can stay awesome.
All you need to do is declutter which means removing all of the waste and useless pieces of stuff.
So, declutter your thoughts, negativity, waste stuff around you, conversations and finally, you have a mindset that will boost up your productivity.
So, when the going gets tough, do not risk your health, collect positivity, have some sort of communications, have a break and declutter.
